Family Education Carnival – May 2
Come One, Come All — Join EFGA & Friends for the Best Epilepsy Fair of Them All!
On May 2nd from 6:00PM – 9:00PM at the Omni Hotel at CNN Center, Eisai and the Epilepsy Foundation of Georgia will be hosting a carnival themed awareness and education event that will be filled with food, games and fun for all!
Along with fun and games for the whole family, the event will feature an appearance by Eisai CEO Ivan Cheung, as well as a chance to interact with the Medikidz, characters with superpowers that have been featured in educational comic books that explain epilepsy to children! Also in attendance, several therapy dogs from the local area and 4 Paws for Ability and founder Karen Shirk and Training Director Jeremy Dulebohn will be present. EFGA staff will be on site to share programs and services available to families in Georgia and talk about upcoming events.
The goal for this evening is to create a fun and educational environment for the entire family, providing information and a chance for the employees of Eisai to meet and interact with those affected by epilepsy and understand their journey.
We look forward to seeing you on May 2, 2017 at the Omni Hotel for an evening of fun! Bring the entire family out for carnival games, delicious treats, prizes, learning and connecting! This event is open to anyone — all ages welcome!
