The Epilepsy Foundation of Georgia is thrilled to announce the inaugural Epilepsy Community Forum! Registration is now available – there is no charge for this event, and it is open to any and everyone but registration is required. Please note, when registering more than one person, the names of all attending are required. If anyone has any dietary restrictions, please be sure to note those as well.

You will receive an email confirmation once the form has been submitted, we will not be sending out tickets or anything of that nature. The morning of the event you will need to check in at the registration desk to receive your name badge and event materials. To make any changes or add attendees to your registration please contact our office, 404-527-7155. Please note, registration will end on Tuesday, November 7 at 5pm. We will not be able to take any additional registrations after that so please get reserve your spot today!
